There seemed to be some communication issues regarding the mortgage on the house I was selling. I stated from the start that there was a mortgage and that I had assumed the mortgage in July 2024. When I sent the ALTA showing the mortgage there was suddenly an issue the day prior to closing. I also wanted my daughter on the deed, this was conveyed twice. When I got to closing there was a problem with that. I know my situation was unique, so I think it was handled okay, but there was a lack of communication and clarity throughout the process. I would definitely still use you all again. If there was a choice between okay and great, such as good, I would have chosen that. Your service was above average other than the issues above.

Prior to working with Zane I had dealt with multiple mortgage bankers and even had submitted a loan application. However, Zane beat the closing price, was honest with the numbers and then everything regarding the loan process was easy and timely. His staff should also be commended for their professionalism as well.
