Most of the process was smooth, but we didn't close on time because of an error from FirstBank, and they offered nothing in return for inconviencing us. We were delayed several days, and had family that had to pay for hotels. Bad way to end what was otherwise a pleasant experience. Rationally, we can't say we'd be able to recommend to anyone after that.
