To be both nieve and shocked, it is the interest rate that bothers me. A monthly payment about 80% interest per month, does not compute in my brain as 6.5% per year. I know that this is not your problem, but my not understanding the system. As far as your help to me personally, and the work you did to help me get this loan was fantastic, to say the least.
