Jason at FirstBank was very quick to respond and on such a short close, he was able to achieve all timelines and was very transparent in all aspects. If I had any questions, he was always available to explain things to me and go the extra mile to make sure I understood what was going on. It was a very seamless closing process and I was very appreciative of the hard work put in by everybody to ensure we met the necessary deadlines.
