Zach and Gabe, along with the whole team were incredibly descriptive of the loan process, walking us through all the steps and made the process very easy to follow for newbies. They were incredibly responsive and prompt with their replies when we had questions, even on weekends. User interface within the FB website was also very simple and made things infinitely simpler. We had a small change needed to our gift docs on the day of closing and it was able to be handled quickly and efficiently thanks to the team being communicative. I'd recommend the FB team under Gabe to anyone.
