Often there are circumstances out of our control and Patrick is a master at dealing with anything that comes up. Not sure Patrick had any other products to explore but I would have wanted to see more options for financing. Obviously, the rates are not great but that's not Patrick's issue. I was also a bit frustrated with the seemingly rediculous document collection on my other properties for the application.
