Both Kim and Kelly were very helpful and took the time to explain things. When I had a question they were very pompt to respond (sometimes to prompt - for example later at night and weekends). I liked the online apps that were available they were easy to use. With my experience from the mortgage side of FirstBank, I will be money a lot of my banking to them and using them as my bank of GA.
