Julia is very smart and patient. I think two things that are neccessary in loan provisioning. Most people need their loan options laid out cleanly. They want to know the pros and cons of each option so they can feel like they are informed and making the best decision. Julia was able to present all my best loan options while keeping the everything simple and easy to understand (even with all the possible moving pieces within each loan). Long story short shes smart. Second, I think that when you are very proficient at something its easy to get impatient with people who are not as proficient. When you know what path you'd take, but you can't force it on them because it's not your decision. It takes a lot of patience to be able to sit there and present the best options and suggestions even though they may not go with what you'd do. Beyond that, I think most people inherintely are hesitant to jump into debt so a lot of times they will ask a lot of clarifying questions, take long times to make decisions, and be unsure even though the options are laid out plainly in front of them. Again, probably normal, but it takes a lot of patience. I think Julia was very exceptional at both of these things throughout my experience with her so I would highly reccomend her for any promotions available shes very good. Also I left out, she answered the phone at any time she was always on the clock. When I had counteroffers responses due the next morning and I needed to run numbers she was johnny on the spot. #PromoteJuliaWilson
