He was also able to beat out another lending companies rates and fees resulting in my client having a lower monthly payment and cash to close.

Juan made sure to communicate with us and be available to us even while he was on vacation! He didn't just do his job, he went above and beyond! From the beginning he knew exactly what he was doing. Everything he spoke happened exactly how he predicted. We tried another loan officer in the beginning, and he was never available, kept asking for the repeated documents (that we had already submitted), and would take several days to get back to our calls or messages. When he would get back to us he would call our realtor first and lie about us not getting documents to him, but the realtor sometimes would be the one to submit them! In the end, we realized we needed to look no further than Juan. His honesty, dedication, and hardwork are impossible to find in many people. He made our experience not just good or well, but one that makes us want to keep coming back!
