Once again, David "Lil Ninja" Como worked his stealth wizardry and had this one ready to close a few days early but the sellers just couldn't accomodate. They're heads were spinning. They just weren't prepared for the speed and precision of this buyer, buyer's agent, and mortgage magician.

This was my first time buying a home. Jason and his group answered every question I had walked me through all steps personally and never got inpatient with me and my wife. They are a great team of people who we felt put are needs first and never made us question if this was the right direction we were going.

Everything about the loan process was good except for two thiings. First, during the loan origination process we were promised that we would receive a $1500 contribution towards an HOA establishment fee....except we did not. We were only given half of that. The reasoin sited was that we put too much money down. This was bad business because we were not advised the amount was predicated on the total loan amount. It would not have changed anything had we known that upfront but it would have been more forthcoming. Second, I was advised that FirstBank won't sell our info except to internal FirstBank entities. Most of us don't even want that. I received no less than 10 solicitations the first week after move in from FirstBank advising we are eligible for mortgage loan insurance.....the messages are tricky and can decieve some people. Becuase the BBB or governemtn doesn't stop BS like this, perhaps First Bank can be upfront during the loan process and ask if we are intersted. M Turner 301-885-7708
