Can't think of anything Derek, or team, could have done better! The whole mortgage application process was just exhausting in the midst of closing on a home sale, retiring, moving to a new state, and living in temporary housing without access to secure internet, printers, etc. We reached our to Derek when the loan officer for the lender we initially planned to work with was less responsive than anticipated.
