Derek was great to work with through the mortgage loan process. He presented multiple options, explained the differences to me in detail, and worked diligently to find the best rate and program for me. Once we locked in, he and Saemi kept me well-informed and continued to answer questions All the way through to completion. It was a truly great experience and I highly recommend him.
