Claiborne was personal, professional, and knowledgeable. The thing that I think set him apart from others is that he always responded immediately -- no matter the time of day -- to any inquiry I had. He realizes how unfamiliar with the process I was, and he was patient in explaining everything that I didn't understand. At 74 I doubt that I'll be buying any more real estate, but if I do I will definately contact Claiborne. He's so good at his job that I can't even hold it against him that he's an Alabama fan.
