Scotty was great with my complex situation which is why I am sure my few very minor gripes would not normally happen. How close we got to closing on the loan without anyone really telling me how close we were to having everything ready was a bit worrisome. Also a bit shocked people used the word check needed for closing and did not elaborate that it was a cashiers check needed. I ONLY had it becuase I had to message and confirm different things the day before. Again, were quite annoying for me to deal with but he was so good the entire rest of the time that I am sure if he did his "Normal process" these things would not have been issues. I am a bit sad that the last true communication from him, or anyone in the office it seems, was a day before the closing. The communication I have got since has just been generic mass sends and trying to get me to do other products/banking with First bank. The little detail of a true call or even a text compared to generic emails would have made a huge difference. TLDR - He was great most of the time and due to the situation I will give the benefit of the doubt for the bit I didn't like. Would still recommend friends/family to go through Scotty. As a whole would recommend changing how your office communicates after the signing at least a little bit.
