Lea was supportive during the loan process. He was easy to reach. My only issue was a mistake made in the loan terms early on. Some effort was made to correct the mistake but it still increased my closing costs. I did not appreciate the lack of upfront transparency The mistake was not disclosed but instead buried in a document and was admitted only when I discovered it. Other than this issue, everything went smoothly and I would recommend Lea Murphy to others.
