There seemed to be some communication issues regarding the mortgage on the house I was selling. I stated from the start that there was a mortgage and that I had assumed the mortgage in July 2024. When I sent the ALTA showing the mortgage there was suddenly an issue the day prior to closing. I also wanted my daughter on the deed, this was conveyed twice. When I got to closing there was a problem with that. I know my situation was unique, so I think it was handled okay, but there was a lack of communication and clarity throughout the process. I would definitely still use you all again. If there was a choice between okay and great, such as good, I would have chosen that. Your service was above average other than the issues above.
