Several times throughout the process I called him to ask questions and he was always able to quickly and easily explain what I needed to know. There was never a time that I felt lost after talking through the process with him. Even on the weekends or past 5:00 PM, he was there to help me understand what needed to happen. Can't reccomend highly enough
