Megan was such a big help to me through the refinacing of my house. She was always ready to help or answer any questions I had. She was geat at keeping me calm and focused on the tasks at hand, not letting me go off on a side track. She was very efficient with our time and tried to get things done as quickly as possible. I always felt we were "moving on" with the loan application. The application was new and harder to navigate for me, but she was great at taking the load off me and helping us to achieve one part of the loan process at a time. She was there to encourage me along in difficult parts. Megan was extremely helpful for me to completw the loan application.
