I communicated past VA rule changes early on, but processing was still unaware of this a week before closing. This was in reference to termite inspections and buyer ability to pay. Better communication with me the week of closing would have given me a needed level of comfort. I had to reach out instead. I do understand final verifications of active duty now, but it surprised our client and possibly we both could have prepared him a bit better. Truly, he expressed no dissatisfaction, so I feel we can feel very good about this one! I gave Chris three lenders contact info. Brandon was the only one that answered right away! Thank you so much!
