Michael was great to work with and so was Cody. The other person that was “helping” me was a disaster. Beverly made our communication horrible.
The only problem that I had to deal with other than Beverly, was the loan amount ended up being more than I needed. The group didn’t check to see what my total deposits were in the house and I ended up withdrawing an extra $70,000. That of which I had to pay 35% in taxes on. That was a big kick in the gut for me.
