We felt cared for, celebrated, and important — which says so much about a team that I know stays incredibly busy. Their attention and intentionality meant the world to us. I’ve spoken at length to so many people in my circle about how much we loved working with Gabe, and it’s been so special to discover how many of my own friends also know and love him and his team. Zach and Gabe, along with the whole team were incredibly descriptive of the loan process, walking us through all the steps and made the process very easy to follow for newbies. They were incredibly responsive and prompt with their replies when we had questions, even on weekends. User interface within the FB website was also very simple and made things infinitely simpler. We had a small change needed to our gift docs on the day of closing and it was able to be handled quickly and efficiently thanks to the team being communicative. I'd recommend the FB team under Gabe to anyone.

I think this was the 5th time we've used Gabe and his team. I think the number of repeat indicate an excellent experience in everyway, every time. Excellent communication and advisement.

Great communication and explaning the process.

Applying for and getting a loan has never been something I get excited about. Rusty, Gabe, Kelly and their team are amazeballs!!! They walked me through every step. They answered all of my questions in great detail. They quelled any concerns I had. This was the best experience I have ever had getting a loan!
