Clear communication and responsiveness. Todd was able to answer all of our questions and help us through the process. The only part that was slightly ambiguous was surrounding the underwriting which took a bit longer than expected and pushed back our signing by a couple of hours. Luckily me and my wife already took the whole day off so it all ended up working out in the end and the overall experience was fantastic! Would absolutely recommend to others as well!
