Teresa is very good at every aspect of mortgage banking that we get to see, from constant communications, to client (and Realtor) education, to setting expectations upfront and throughout a transaction, to seeing it through to the closing and beyond. Our last transaction was with a very "time-intense" client who was uncomfortable with technology, especially electronic signings. The seller's title closer was being uncooperative in the final hours and would not provide another complete paper copy of the closing documents. Teresa offered to make a complete copy herself and overnight it to our client. I feel that was a step above what most bankers would do, but I was not surprised. Teresa is highly competent and professional and she routinely demonstrates that in all aspects of her work. We are very happy to know and rely on Teresa because she knows what she is doing, does what she says, and creatively tackles any and all obstacles that arise with tenacity and a remarkable level of patience.
