You are lucky to have a Zane Broadhead...wow... We cannot say enough wonderful things about our Zane our fantastic mortgage broker. He was the definition of patience & professionalism —working with us for nearly two years as we figured out where we wanted to live and what we could afford. Throughout the entire journey, he was responsive, informative, a fun sense of humor and unbelievably kind—answering every question quickly, even when we asked the same ones more than once. He often replied after hours, always with thoughtful, helpful suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. His calm, steady guidance made a stressful process feel manageable, and we are so grateful to have had him by our side. Truly a five-star Oscar Award winning experience from start to finish. Tim and Dee were awesome and they went beyond the traditional way and worked hard to make sure that I closed the loan. The loan processer only communication was email and no phone calls at all throughout the loan process, so it made Tim an Dee job harder to close the loan. Over all everything work out.

Once again, David "Lil Ninja" Como worked his stealth wizardry and had this one ready to close a few days early but the sellers just couldn't accomodate. They're heads were spinning. They just weren't prepared for the speed and precision of this buyer, buyer's agent, and mortgage magician.
