Scott took on our mortgage loan last minute and worked so hard to get it completed by The closing date. We had worked with a previous lender who had basically led us on several months. We missed several closing dates and luckily we had sellers who kept working with us. Scott came in at the end of that, when that account was handed to him by this lender, and took over and did amazing work. I love how everything that I needed to turn in was at an online forum. I was able to upload everything super quick and then I was able to get Scott anything extra he needed pretty quickly and he was there to answer any questions I had about what he needed. Anytime I text or emailed he responded very quickly. I did not think we would make this other closing date and Scott got it done. It was amazing! This man needs a raise! Lol And I would recommend anyone to him!

Well, Several closing dates went by and he was not doing what he needed to. He finally stated he was unable to work with a type of income that we had and referred us to Scott. From the get-go everything was different. All the forms are handled through an online forum. It's very easy to upload and to see everything that they need. Scott was extremely responsive through text or email and I don't know how he did it but he got us to our last closing date. The sellers had been very gracious to us but it was the final closing date and we made it because of Scott. And I know that if we would have worked with him from the beginning, we would have closed on our house a month earlier. I would recommend him to anyone!!
