I know that there is always room for improvement. I have been an account holder with First Bank for at least 10 years. I LOVE both Smyrna branches that I use. Everyone is alway so friendly and helpful! Now you guys will have my mortgage. I couldn't be happier! (I am sure you will sell to another company eventually.) Everyone that I worked with at First Bank for this transaction was amazing. From phone calls, emails and even the portal showing the different steps, you have all be AMAZING.
